Ok I replaced my glow plug relay on my 2000 excursion 7.3 diesel and read in another forum that the excursion does not use a glow plug relay it uses an IAH relay. I googled the numbers from the factory relay and the relay is about twice as much as a normal glow plug relay. Any difference does any body know or is it bad information. If it is different I will put the correct one on but I want to be sure.

the only difference between the standard and excursion specific glowplug relay is a buss which sends info back to the pcm used for monitoring fail glowplugs,later excusions used the 6.0 specific relay control module(excursion were a testbed for this,,just a fancy way to monitor glowplugs,
